Prior to being hired by Precision in 2005, Ketan had twelve years of international aviation sales experience in Miami. Ketan grew up in aviation. As a child he frequently traveled with his father, a well known executive for Africair, one of the largest Cessna and Bell distributors in the world. Ketan also has extensive experience with DoD and Homeland Security support contracts. Ketan’s skill set and “can do” attitude allowed him to advance rapidly from Salesman, to Sales Manager, Director of Sales & Marketing, Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Vice President of Business Development & Marketing, and now, Chief Sales & Marketing Officer. Among his skills he speaks fluent Gujarati, the most common Indian dialect.
KT is responsible for the financial oversight of PAG and its subsidiaries, new business integration and ongoing review of business processes.
Prior to joining PAG in 2013, KT served in financial leadership positions that contributed to her experience in strategic plan development and execution, business acquisition and integration, and business process improvement initiatives.
As the CFO of Global Power Nuclear Services, KT was responsible for all areas of finance, accounting, and shared services for four divisions comprising $300 million in revenue.
For Creative Touch Interiors, a residential building product and services provider, KT served as CFO and was responsible for right-sizing the company in a recessionary environment. She reduced operating losses by 50% ($30 million) through process redesign, systems optimization and strategic pricing.
As Vice President of Finance for Industrial Distribution Group, KT was responsible for the due diligence and integration of 28 acquisitions ranging from $15 million to $120 million in revenue and for obtaining five loan syndications ranging from $75 million to $125 million.
KT is a CPA and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). She earned an MBA degree from Georgia State University.
David serves as President and CEO of Precision Aviation Group (PAG) and its nine operating companies. He is responsible for the strategic planning, acquisitions, capital investments and finance matters of PAG.
His 34+ years in aviation have taken David through increasingly responsible positions including Inventory Manager, Sales Manager, and Vice President of Sales & Marketing. David also has experience working for Fortune 500 Companies (First Financial Management Corporation, and AT&T) in sales, finance and operations management positions.
David is a graduate of Georgia Tech with a BS degree in industrial management.
Keith joined PAG subsidiary, Precision Heliparts Louisiana (PHP-LA), in 2012.
Prior to joining PHP, Keith served as the Purchasing Manager at Era Helicopters in Lake Charles, LA, where he was responsible for all the purchasing for operators with over 200 helicopters. Before assuming the position at ERA Aviation, Keith worked as a Senior Area Sales Manager for Aviall.
Keith earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Management from Louisiana Tech University and graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with distinction and a Masters of Aeronautical Science degree, specializing in aerospace management.
He is a member of Eta Mu Sigma Aviation Management Honor Society and has a private pilot’s license.
Jordan joined PAG in 2012 and is responsible for sales and customer support for two PAG subsidiaries: Precision Heliparts Australia and Precision Accessories & Instruments Australia.
He worked with Sikorsky Helitech for six years, first as a Sales Representative and then as Commercial Sales Manager responsible for the Bell Helicopter & Sikorsky Customer Service Facility.
Jordan earned a degree in business management from Griffith University.
Prior to joining Precision Aviation Group, Josh held various marketing positions at Georgia Aquarium, The Home Depot, Porsche Cars North America and Porsche Financial Services as well as several marketing agencies. He is focused on delivering engaging and unique marketing programs designed around improving brand engagement, customer experiences, and moving guests between digital and physical interactions through traditional, social and emerging media platforms.
Early in Josh's career, he learned from some of the best advertising minds in the world while supporting the Big Three domestic automakers in Detroit, Michigan while working for advertising agencies including BBDO, McCann-Erickson and Ross Roy to provide the marketing support for companies like, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and GMC.
Josh earned his undergraduate Marketing degree from Michigan State University and his Master’s in Communications from Purdue University.
Juan oversees sales, inventory and stock repair operations for PAG’s Latin American and Caribbean markets. He joined PHP in 2001, and quickly rose within the company. His passion and drive has led to continuing growth of PAG’s presence within many Spanish and Portuguese speaking regions.
Originally from Bogota, Colombia, Juan was born and raised in Latin America. Before relocating to the United States, he worked for NCR Corporation as an Account Manager and for the American Embassy in Colombia. As a Procurement Agent, he managed purchases for the Narcotics Affairs Section Aviation Project for Plan Colombia, and received a Certificate of Appreciation for outstanding contributions in the field of drug law enforcement from the DEA.
Juan earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Advertising from Institución Universitaria Politécnico Grancolombiano. He also earned the rank of Eagle Scout by age 16 and received the “Daniel Isaza” National Award for Best Scout in Colombia. His passion for soccer still thrives, and he actively participates in an indoor soccer league.
