He works closely with the rest of the leadership team across all departments to develop and execute strategies that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. His ability to analyze complex operational challenges and implement data-driven solutions has positioned PAG as a high-performing organization in the aviation Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) sector.
Leading Operational Transformation Across TAG Aero and ICON Aerospace
Coming onboard as part of the recent TAG and ICON acquisition, Jeff has been instrumental in leading operational improvements at several company locations. His strategic oversight ensures seamless integration of these businesses while maintaining operational excellence. In addition to his role as SVP of Operations, Jeff retains day-to-day management responsibility for both ICON and TAG, further demonstrating his leadership in scaling operations and driving business success.
Proven Leadership in Business Operations and Logistics
With over 20 years of experience, Jeff has built a reputation as a leader in business operations, logistics, and process automation. Prior to PAG, he spent 20 years at Collins Aerospace, where he held various leadership positions and gained extensive expertise in driving operational efficiencies across multi-site teams. He also served as President of Piedmont Aviation Component Services, where he led transformative projects that resulted in significant performance enhancements, cost reductions, and streamlined processes.
