Daniel is a seasoned technology executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience in IT infrastructure, operations, enterprise systems, and digital transformation. As Chief Information Officer for PAG, he brings a proven track record of turning technology into a driver of growth, efficiency, and competitive advantage.
Before joining PAG, Daniel recently served as Vice President of Information Technology at Advance Auto Parts, where he led enterprise-wide stability improvements and major modernization initiatives in cloud, automation, and AI. He also oversaw technology for the company’s Point-of-Sale and Business-to-Business platforms, which together drive multiple billions in revenue. Earlier, at Delta Dental, he directed program management and enterprise systems development, guiding the rollout of a modern Claims Processing System that improved scalability and compliance in a regulated healthcare environment. His career also includes transformation initiatives at Optical Cable Corporation and leadership of high-performing teams through M&A integration.
At PAG, Daniel is focused on building scalable, secure IT foundations while enabling real-time data visibility, tighter acquisition integration, and customer-centric digital capabilities. His ability to align technology with business outcomes positions him as a strategic partner to PAG’s executive team and private equity sponsors.
Education and Credentials
Daniel earned his Master of Business Administration from Averett University and his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Kingston University. He is also a certified ITIL Practitioner and has completed executive training in AI, automation, leadership, and M&A integration.
