Jordan Webber is a highly accomplished aviation executive with a distinguished career in sales, service, and operations across global markets. As Vice President – Component Services at Precision Aviation Group (PAG), he leads one of the company’s four operational segments, overseeing Avionics, Engines, Components, and Manufacturing/DER in multiple facilities in the U.S., as well as in Canada and Singapore. His leadership ensures PAG continues to provide world-class Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) services while driving innovation and operational excellence.
Building a Strong Foundation with Industry Leaders
Jordan’s aviation career began with industry giants Sikorsky and Bell Helicopter, where he gained valuable experience in sales and customer service. These early experiences developed his deep understanding of aerospace business operations, equipping him with the skills to drive sales growth and build strong customer relationships.
Accelerating Growth and Expansion at PAG
In 2012, Jordan joined PAG as Director of Sales for its Brisbane facility, quickly becoming a key leader within the organization. His strategic vision and deep industry knowledge propelled him into leadership roles at PAG Canada and PAG Singapore, where he played a crucial role in expanding the company’s presence across Asia-Pacific and North America. For over five years, he served as Vice President and General Manager – Australia / Canada, overseeing business development, operational management, and customer service excellence across multiple countries. His ability to lead diverse teams and navigate international markets positioned PAG for continued global success.
Leading PAG’s Component Services Division
Now based in the United States, Jordan brings his global expertise to PAG’s Component Services division, where he is responsible for ensuring efficiency, growth, and performance of critical MRO operations. His role involves managing complex aviation component services and optimizing supply chain logistics, developing innovative solutions to enhance PAG’s service offerings. With a strong focus on quality and reliability, he works closely with his teams to align operations with customer needs and industry best practices.
