David serves as President and CEO of Precision Aviation Group (PAG) and its nine operating companies. He is responsible for the strategic planning, acquisitions, capital investments and finance matters of PAG.
His 19+ years in aviation have taken David through increasingly responsible positions including Inventory Manager, Sales Manager, and Vice President of Sales & Marketing. David also has experience working for Fortune 500 Companies (First Financial Management Corporation, and AT&T) in sales, finance and operations management positions.
David is a graduate of Georgia Tech with a BS degree in industrial management.
Scott founded Precision Heliparts, Inc. in 1993 and continues to serve on the executive team of the Precision Aviation Group. Scott is a member of the Georgia Bar. He holds an FAA A&P Rating and a Private Pilot Multiengine/Instrument Rating as well as FCC Radio and Radar Repairman Ratings. He began his aviation career in 1969 as a technician at Lockheed-Georgia and worked for Cessna Aircraft, Pratt & Whitney Aircraft and other aviation companies before starting Precision Heliparts.
KT is responsible for the financial oversight of PAG and its subsidiaries, new business integration and ongoing review of business processes.
Prior to joining PAG in 2013, KT served in financial leadership positions that contributed to her experience in strategic plan development and execution, business acquisition and integration, and business process improvement initiatives.
As the CFO of Global Power Nuclear Services, KT was responsible for all areas of finance, accounting, and shared services for four divisions comprising $300 million in revenue.
For Creative Touch Interiors, a residential building product and services provider, KT served as CFO and was responsible for right-sizing the company in a recessionary environment. She reduced operating losses by 50% ($30 million) through process redesign, systems optimization and strategic pricing.
As Vice President of Finance for Industrial Distribution Group, KT was responsible for the due diligence and integration of 27 acquisitions ranging from $15 million to $120 million in revenue and for obtaining five loan syndications ranging from $75 million to $125 million.
KT is a CPA and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). She earned an MBA degree from Georgia State University.
Amy Merkley has oversight of all Repair Station operations and performance for all subsidiary business units. She leads the management and growth of our OEM MRO Partnership Capability Expansion Program, Compliance Programs, as well as formalizing and growing the Engineering Services Division.
She has a BS in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and over 23 years of organizational leadership experience. Most recently, Amy served as Senior Vice President of Integrated Logistics and Operations for Meggitt Aerospace. In this role, she had direct responsibility for 27 aftermarket sites and their corresponding Repair Station/MRO operations and spares distribution. During her time with Meggitt, she also worked on acquisitions and integrations. Amy’s previous work experience also includes eight years with Honeywell/AlliedSignal and two years with Eaton in key leadership positions. She also has significant Lean and Process Improvement experience.
Prior to being hired by Precision in 2005, Ketan had twelve years of international aviation sales experience in Miami. Ketan grew up in aviation. As a child he frequently traveled with his father, a well known executive for Africair, one of the largest Cessna and Bell distributors in the world. Ketan also has extensive experience with DoD and Homeland Security support contracts. Ketan’s skill set and “can do” attitude allowed him to advance rapidly from Salesman, to Sales Manager, Director of Sales and Marketing, Vice President of Sales and Marketing and now, Vice President of Business Development and Marketing. Among his skills he speaks fluent Gujarati, the most common Indian dialect.
Chad comes from a military family and served in the US Army for ten years. He was stationed in Europe where he worked on Pershing II Missiles before being moved into Psychological Operations. Chad worked at Avgroup with David Mast and subsequently came to work at PHP in 1998. Chad’s responsibilities include Inventory Management, IT, and general management duties.
