David serves as President and CEO of Precision Aviation Group (PAG) and its nine operating companies. He is responsible for the strategic planning, acquisitions, capital investments and finance matters of PAG.
His 19+ years in aviation have taken David through increasingly responsible positions including Inventory Manager, Sales Manager, and Vice President of Sales & Marketing. David also has experience working for Fortune 500 Companies (First Financial Management Corporation, and AT&T) in sales, finance and operations management positions.
David is a graduate of Georgia Tech with a BS degree in industrial management.
Scott founded Precision Heliparts, Inc. in 1993 and continues to serve on the executive team of the Precision Aviation Group. Scott is a member of the Georgia Bar. He holds an FAA A&P Rating and a Private Pilot Multiengine/Instrument Rating as well as FCC Radio and Radar Repairman Ratings. He began his aviation career in 1969 as a technician at Lockheed-Georgia and worked for Cessna Aircraft, Pratt & Whitney Aircraft and other aviation companies before starting Precision Heliparts.
KT is responsible for the financial oversight of PAG and its subsidiaries, new business integration and ongoing review of business processes.
Prior to joining PAG in 2013, KT served in financial leadership positions that contributed to her experience in strategic plan development and execution, business acquisition and integration, and business process improvement initiatives.
As the CFO of Global Power Nuclear Services, KT was responsible for all areas of finance, accounting, and shared services for four divisions comprising $300 million in revenue.
For Creative Touch Interiors, a residential building product and services provider, KT served as CFO and was responsible for right-sizing the company in a recessionary environment. She reduced operating losses by 50% ($30 million) through process redesign, systems optimization and strategic pricing.
As Vice President of Finance for Industrial Distribution Group, KT was responsible for the due diligence and integration of 27 acquisitions ranging from $15 million to $120 million in revenue and for obtaining five loan syndications ranging from $75 million to $125 million.
KT is a CPA and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). She earned an MBA degree from Georgia State University.
Prior to being hired by Precision in 2005, Ketan had twelve years of international aviation sales experience in Miami. Ketan grew up in aviation. As a child he frequently traveled with his father, a well known executive for Africair, one of the largest Cessna and Bell distributors in the world. Ketan also has extensive experience with DoD and Homeland Security support contracts. Ketan’s skill set and “can do” attitude allowed him to advance rapidly from Salesman, to Sales Manager, Director of Sales and Marketing, and then Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Among his skills he speaks fluent Gujarati, the most common Indian dialect.
Scott joins PAG as our new Vice President of Sales. He has a solid record in sales operations, including positions at McKesson and Equifax. His most recent position was Senior Vice President of Sales for Healthcare Data Solutions. Scott has vast experience and will focus on team management, development of sales processes, coaching and mentoring. Scott will be responsible for management and oversight of the sales and CSR staff and will have dual reporting with division leaders for the sales and CSR staff at all locations worldwide.
Chad comes from a military family and served in the US Army for ten years. He was stationed in Europe where he worked on Pershing II Missiles before being moved into Psychological Operations. Chad worked at Avgroup with David Mast and subsequently came to work at PHP in 1998. Chad’s responsibilities include Inventory Management, IT, and general management duties.
Ginger Wagner has a BS in Environmental Health Science from Western Kentucky University, a GE Six Sigma Black Belt, over 20 years of operational continuous improvement experience, and 15 years in the aerospace industry. Her previous aerospace industry experience includes 10 years with Barnes Aerospace in West Chester, OH, where she served various roles. As their HSE (Health, Safety and Environmental) Affairs Manager she significantly reduced on the job injuries and the associated organizational impacts. As a Business Unit Manager, she used Lean techniques to improve facility flow and thus customer satisfaction for on time delivery. She finished as their Operations Manager overseeing all production and continuing to drive customer satisfaction successes. In 2011 Ms. Wagner joined Chromalloy in Newnan, GA as their Plant Manager where she implemented various Six Sigma Lean projects resulting in increased margins. In 2014 she became the Continuous Improvement Manager for Custom Molded Products and subsequently served as the US Operations Manager and, most recently, as the Director of Operations Support. Her key result areas for the US Operations have been supply chain, forecasting, purchasing, quality, continuous improvement and manufacturing.
