Jon joined PAG in 2023 as President of MRO Services. He is responsible for all PAG Repair Station Operations globally, encompassing over 450 Technicians, 850,000 square feet of facilities, and the repair of over 100,000 products annually. Jon brings over 35 years of aviation MRO experience to PAG. Prior to joining PAG, Jon’s most recent role was Vice President and General Manager of Professional Aircraft Accessories (PAA), located in Titusville, FL. Prior to PAA, Jon spent over 30 years at Delta Tech Ops where he held various leadership roles, including General Manager for Engine MRO Operations for Delta’s 900+ aircraft fleet, as well as 150+ external customers.
Jon holds an MBA in Aerospace & Defense from the University of Tennessee, a Bachelor of Science degree in Technical Management from Embry-Riddle University, and an Airframe and Powerplant License.
