  • 1993 – Our Start: Precision Heliparts (PHP) founded by Scott James in Atlanta, GA.
  • 1996 – New Leadership: David Mast acquires 50% of PHP and becomes president.
  • 2002 – Canada: Opens Precision Heliparts-Canada (PHP-C) in Vancouver, B.C.
  • 2003 – Certifications: FAA repair station approval; entry into MRO market.
  • 2004 – PAG Formed: Acquires Precision Avionics & Instruments (PAI); creates Precision Aviation Group.
  • 2007 – Pegasus Acquisition: Adds Pegasus Aircraft Components, Vancouver.
  • 2010 – U.S. Expansion: Acquires Avcenter LLC, Dallas; expands Atlanta HQ to 65,000 sq. ft.
  • 2012 – Growth Abroad: Atlanta HQ grows to 80,000 sq. ft.; launches Lafayette, LA, and Brisbane, Australia.
  • 2013 – Global Footprint: Reaches nearly 200,000 sq. ft. of sales and service space.
  • 2015 – Awards & Approvals: Luminator Authorized Center; PAG AU gains EASA & CASA Part 145; Diamond Airbus Award.
  • 2016 – Brazil: Launches PHP Brazil in São Paulo.
  • 2017 – Asia Expansion: Opens Singapore facility.
  • 2019 – Recognition & Partnerships: Airbus Top Supplier Award; MD Helicopters Excellence Award; strategic partnership with LORD Corporation.
  • 2021 – Milestones: David Mast marks 25 years as CEO; acquires Trace Aviation and Keystone Turbine Services.
  • 2022 – Acquisitions: Adds Velocity Aerospace Group and PTB Group.
  • 2025 – Recognition: Wins Rolls-Royce Best in Class for 5th year; AMY Award winner.
  • 2025 – New HQ: Opens new global headquarters in Atlanta, GA.
  • 2025 – EMEA Expansion: Acquires Turner Aviation, establishing first facility in Europe, Middle East & Africa.
