Before, During, and After Support: Part of Every Sale and Service

September 15, 2025

It was an early mid-August morning at PAG Atlanta, when Lance Cook, Sales Executive, answered an urgent call.

A mission-critical customer’s King Air had suffered wingtip damage. It was a special operation for the aircraft, and the customer needed a replacement wingtip the same day!

Lance and Nicole Caldwell, Senior Customer Experience Coordinator, and trusted carrier partners rolled up their sleeves, adjusted and mobilized resources, and delivered the new wingtip to the operator before the sun went down.

Lance: “In a Nutshell, we were able to stop an in-stock wingtip from going to a paint booth.

Unable to wait for ground transportation, the customer decided to send their other King Air to the nearest airport to pick up the wingtip.

We coordinated a driver to the FedEx facility and hand delivered it to the plane to make a same day shipment.”

The Email String Below Highlights the Story.

Fedex warehouse

It’s being held there for you.

There are usually issues recovering from a Fedex warehouse.  Do you have an actual point of contact at that warehouse?

Yes we do, Anita. (phone)

Super responsive and is willing to do this herself if needed,

The trucker is asking when can they deliver it?

These are open 24/7 for it as well.

Plane needs to be in the air like yesterday.

He can be there in 1 hour 30 minutes to recover.

Delivery would be first thing Sunday morning – possibly Saturday night around midnight if no delays or traffic. Its right at 1,329 loaded miles.

Let me know if you want me to book it.
