PAG Credit Application
The below information is provided for the purpose of extending credit to our company on Net 30 Day terms. To the best of my knowledge and belief, the information above is accurate and may be relied on in making your credit decision. We authorize our vendors to furnish you any information necessary to complete your evaluation of our credit history and you may use any credit reporting agency to obtain credit information on our Company for an “Open Account.” We further guarantee the payment of all interest, attorney’s fees, court costs, and other costs of collection which may result from failure to comply with the standard terms and conditions of sale. We understand that PAG has the right to add a 1.5% monthly service charge to all unpaid balances which are overdue. We further understand that any exchange transactions will consist of both a base billing and a core charge. Any core that is not returned within 30 days will cause the core charge to be immediately due and payable. Also, each core will be evaluated and if the core is unsuitable we agree to pay additional billing charges not to exceed the amount of the core charge. PAG reserves the right to change or suspend credit terms upon customer’s failure to meet terms and conditions or when the financial condition of the customer so warrants.
As security for the timely and full payment and satisfaction of all obligations of the Customer to any and all PAG companies as a result of any work performed or materials sold pursuant to these credit terms, Customer hereby grants to PAG companies a continuing security interest in and to all of Customer’s right, title, and interest in and to any and all goods described in the purchase orders, work orders and / or invoices accompanying such goods, and any proceeds of the foregoing, wherever located, all payments and other distributions with respect thereto, and any and all substitutions for or replacements of any of the foregoing. PAG is entitled to take all necessary actions, and exercise or enforce any and all rights, powers, privileges, remedies, and interests afforded to PAG as a secured party under the Uniform Commercial Code of the State of Georgia or other applicable law, each as amended. Customer acknowledges and agrees that PAG may, at its option, retain exclusive possession of the foregoing collateral (collectively, the “Collateral”).
