Founded in 1983, International Air Parts (IAP) headquarters are in Sydney, Australia.

As the name implies, IAP is an international distributor specializing in the supply of Legacy Airframe & Engine Spares and for over 40 years we have actively procured Aircraft & Engines for ‘End of Life’ processing and in that time we have also earned an enviable reputation for Quality, Integrity & Customer Focus; serving various Airlines, OEMs & MROs around the world.

In 2006 IAP merged with Pacific Turbine, a Brisbane based PT6A MRO to create the PTB Group which ultimately encompassed IAP, Pacific Turbine Brisbane, PTB Leasing, PTB USA based in Miami & Prime Turbines located in Dallas, Phoenix & Pittsburgh. In December 2022 the PTB Group was acquired by the Atlanta based Precision Aviation Group (PAG) and we are now proud to be part of the PAG Family.

IAP’s dedicated team of aviation professionals with extensive commercial & technical knowledge are on hand to provide you with cost effective solutions for your critical & scheduled spare’s requirements.

IAP can also offer comprehensive Rotable, Component and Engines R&O Services in association with the Precision Aviation Group’s worldwide network of 22 FAA / EASA approved Inventory Supported Maintenance Repair & Overhaul (ISMRO®) facilities.
