Commercial

Illuminated Panels: The EDN core product and specialty is integrally illuminated panels and overlays. We offer all lighting options including NVIS, LED, Incandescent and Electroluminescent films. As a QPL listed company, all panels are approved for production in accordance with military standards for illuminated panels (MIL-DTL-7788H / SAE AS7788).

Enclosures: Our complete machining and metal fabrication capabilities allow us to provide our customers with a wide range of enclosures for all types of avionics and electronic systems. Our engineers are capable of working with all CAD formats as well as printed drawings. We work with various aerospace metals and offer a wide range of chemical conversion coatings, surface finishing, and top coats.

Complete Assemblies: From Gauge clusters to LRU’s, Fuel management to Audio / Video Controls, we offer complete package delivery. All fabrication, assembly, wiring, and testing is done in-house by our highly skilled technicians. Take a look at some of our capabilities here.

Wire Harnesses: Our fastest growing department, EDN is rapidly expanding our wire harness and harness assembly capabilities. Defense

EDN has been providing products and services directly to the Government for over a decade and has now been qualified as a supplier for Integrally Illuminated Panels for all listed types and classes under MIL-DTL-7788, and added to the QPL-7788. We work extensively with the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) as well as direct support for multiple Defense facilities such as Warner Robbins AFB, Hill AFB, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, Army Contracting Command, and many others.

Simulation

EDN Aviation is a major supplier and go-to source for multiple prime simulation manufacturers. We work extensively with these companies to provide technical assistance, engineering solutions, and aircraft quality components for simulations systems ranging from Mid-Air Refueling to Light Armored Vehicles.

Private Aircraft and General Aviation

Our reverse engineering services are ready to recreate your aging panels and provide new ones in OEM or better quality at a fraction of the cost.
