Precision Aviation Group, Inc. – World Aviation Corporation (WAC) announces Name Change

February 17, 2022

Atlanta, GA – February 17, 2022

Precision Aviation Group (PAG), a leading provider of products and value-added services to the Worldwide Aerospace and Defense industries, announces Toronto, Ontario based World Aviation Corporation (WAC) has changed its name to Precision Rewind Services (PRS). The change was made to identify the business as a member of the Precision Aviation Group of companies, and to better highlight PRS’ expanding list of capabilities.

PAG acquired PRS in January 2020. PRS specializes in the rewind and repair of rotary and static electrical (air and oil-cooled) generator and motor sub-components and serves military, commercial, and general aviation turbine powered aircraft operators.

“PRS has been a great addition to the Precision Aviation Group of companies. Since our acquisition of PRS just over 2 years ago, we have made substantial capital investments in capabilities expansion, inventory, and tooling/equipment upgrades. Due to the PRS team’s efforts, we are predicting the highest number of repairs performed in PRS’ history this year.” said David Mast, PAG’s President & CEO.

Moty Zeharia, PRS President, stated, “Being acquired by PAG has allowed us to focus on expanding our capabilities, and improving our processes. Changing the name aligns our market presence with all of the PAG companies around the globe, and better reflects our expanded service offerings.”
