CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

Atlanta, Georgia – December 11, 2023.  – Precision Aviation Group (PAG), a leading provider of products and value-added services to the aerospace and defense industries worldwide, announces the appointment of Kyle McGillivray, to the newly created role of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). 

“Our continued growth demanded the creation of this role,” said David Mast, President and CEO. “Kyle will be responsible for all PAG Human Resource operations globally, encompassing over 750 employees.  His diverse background includes over 16 years of Aviation related HR roles. Throughout his career, he has delivered results in global human resources activities. We are excited about the perspective he brings to our HR department and the organization, which will undoubtedly contribute to our continued success and growth,” said Mast.

PAG added the CHRO position from the deep-rooted understanding that people are the company’s most-valuable asset. In an ever-evolving business landscape, where competition for top talent is fierce, having a seasoned and accomplished HR professional at the chief executive level is essential.  Kyle brings over 25 years of professional experience from a variety of industries to PAG.  His extensive experience in global, multi-site organizations in the manufacturing and aerospace industries is a perfect match for PAG.
