Precision Aviation Group (PAG) Acquires Dallas, TX – based Avcenter

Atlanta, GA – Jan 10, 2011 —Atlanta, GA – based Precision Aviation Group (PAG), exclusive provider of ISMRO® (Inventory Supported Maintenance Repair & Overhaul), announces the acquisition of Dallas-based Avcenter, an FAA Repair Station   specializing in Wheels, Brakes, and Accessories for the Aerospace industry.

The Avcenter purchase allows PAG to expand the MRO services it provides to customers operating Fixed and Rotary-wing aircraft.  Avcenter has been relocated to PAG’s 65,000 square-foot facility in Atlanta. “The acquisition of Avcenter expands the MRO capabilities of our Repair Stations in Atlanta and Vancouver, and provides enhanced MRO services for our customers.  Since closing on the acquisition, we have made substantial investments in tooling, equipment, training, and inventory that have expanded Avcenter’s existing capabilities and support” said David Mast, President & CEO of PAG.  Avcenter has been fully integrated into PAG subsidiary Precision Avionics & Instruments (PAI).   

PAG has MRO shops for Accessories, Avionics, Hydraulics, Instruments, NDT, Starter/Generators, and Wheels/Brakes.  With 90,000 square feet of facilities in Atlanta, GA and Vancouver, BC, Unlimited FAA ratings for Accessories, Avionics and Instruments, PAG provides “Tier-One” MRO and Supply Chain services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
