January 4, 2012

Atlanta, GA – January 4, 2012 — Atlanta-based Precision Aviation Group (PAG), exclusive provider of ISMRO® (Inventory Supported Maintenance Repair & Overhaul), announces its subsidiary Gardner Aviation Services (GAS) has been named a Distributor/Dealer for Rockwell Collins Business and Regional Systems (BRS).

Under the agreement, GAS will be authorized to sell and provide Flight Line Maintenance (FLM), warranty repairs/modifications and complete system upgrades/installs for Rockwell Collins products. “This agreement reiterates our commitment to enhance our capability and provide our valued customers advanced levels of service,” said Karl Gardner, President of GAS.

Rockwell Collins is pleased with the recent addition of Gardner Aviation Services (GAS), to our network of Authorized Dealers. GAS brings an expanded area of market coverage, both in aircraft platform and geographical coverage which adds to our network of dealerships. GAS and Rockwell Collins have always enjoyed an excellent relationship and with this appointment we look forward to a further expansion into the aviation community,” said William Elliott, Principle Account Manager, Southeast U.S.

David Mast, PAG President and CEO said: “This agreement expands on PAG’s current relationship with Rockwell Collins. Their products are on the aircraft platforms we support and being named a dealer will allow us to greatly expand the number of Rockwell products and services we can offer to our customers. We made a strategic decision several years ago to expand the number of products and services that we offer in the Avionics market. Being named a dealer by Rockwell is a culmination of this decision. Building OEM partnerships is critical for our long term success, and we are proud to represent Rockwell as a dealer.”
