Peter is a legal executive with a distinguished career representing leading companies across complex legal, regulatory, and litigation matters. Serving as Chief Legal Officer for PAG, Peter brings a rare blend of legal expertise, commercial insight, and deep familiarity with the aviation MRO industry—earned through more than 14 years of dedicated service as PAG’s outside counsel prior to joining the company in-house.
His career is defined by a commitment to clarity, integrity, and results. Peter has advised PAG through a period of extraordinary growth, playing a central role in the successful integration of acquisitions and negotiation of key OEM supplier agreements. His deep institutional knowledge and long-term partnership with PAG made his transition from trusted advisor to in-house counsel a seamless move—solidifying his role as a key contributor to PAG’s future.

Legal Acumen & Industry Impact
Peter’s practice spans a number of different areas, including general corporate, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions and asset transactions, government contracts, finance, corporate governance, labor and employment, employee benefits, complex litigation, data privacy, risk management and insurance, and intellectual property management and protection. In addition, Peter has extensive experience in corporate compliance programs and training. He has represented companies in federal and state courts across the country, as well as before regulatory bodies such as the Consumer Product Safety Commission and various state attorney general’s offices.
Peter brings substantial transactional experience to the table—having negotiated and managed contract manufacturing deals, financings, complex licensing arrangements, outsourcing agreements, and technology supplier contracts. His ability to align legal frameworks with business needs is a core strength that supports PAG.

Education & Credentials
Peter earned his Juris Doctor from Notre Dame Law School in 1992, where he served as Executive Articles Editor of the Journal of Legislation. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from North Carolina State University in 1989.

Peter was selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America (2025 edition) for Litigation – Labor and Employment by Woodward/White, Inc. He has been recognized in Legal 500 United States for Trade Secrets (2021) and Education (2024), and was named to Georgia Super Lawyers in Employment & Labor, Business Litigation, and Class Action/Mass Torts from 2013 to 2019. He is also a frequent contributor to thought leadership in employment and compliance law.
