Kyle McGillivray is an accomplished human resources executive with over 25 years of experience in global, multi-site workforce operations, leadership development, and HR strategy. As Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Precision Aviation Group (PAG), Kyle is responsible for aligning workforce management with PAG’s business strategy, ensuring that employees are able to provide an unmatched service experience with operational excellence for our customers.

Kyle’s early career in management gave him a strong foundation in recruitment, workforce planning, and employee relations and engagement. Managing teams of over 120 employees taught him the importance of building a performance-driven culture—a lesson that continues to shape his leadership today. His expertise spans aerospace, manufacturing, and international HR operations, making him uniquely equipped to support PAG’s global workforce and its impact on customer service.
