As Chief Accounting Officer of Precision Aviation Group (PAG), he oversees enterprise-wide accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls across a multi-entity, private equity-backed platform. His disciplined approach and technical depth play a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy, transparency, and scalability as PAG continues to grow.
Ben joined PAG on December 1, 2025, bringing more than 15 years of experience supporting high-growth organizations ranging from $350 million to over $3 billion in revenue. His background spans public and private companies, with a proven record of guiding organizations through periods of rapid expansion, transformation, and change.
Accounting Leadership for a Complex, Multi-Entity Organization
As Chief Accounting Officer, Ben leads enterprise accounting, financial reporting, technical accounting, and internal controls across multiple legal entities and ERP systems. He is responsible for balance sheet integrity, close and reporting processes, and ensuring GAAP compliance across a complex operating environment. Partnering closely with executive leadership, he supports acquisitions, operational efficiency initiatives, and long-term financial stability across the PAG portfolio.
Since joining PAG, Ben has focused on strengthening accounting foundations, enhancing reporting discipline, and building scalable processes that enable growth while maintaining rigor and control.
Proven Record of Results
Ben’s career includes senior leadership roles at Fencing Supply Group, Backcountry.com, Icahn Automotive Group, and Floor & Decor, where he consistently delivered measurable financial and operational improvements. At Floor & Decor, he supported the company’s growth from $350 million to more than $2 billion in revenue and played a key role in IPO readiness and the transition to a public company.
At Backcountry.com, Ben led a $500 million European divestiture, executed a $220 million refinancing, and served as a key finance leader in the company’s successful full sale in 2024. Across multiple organizations, he reduced monthly close timelines by up to 75% through automation and process optimization, structured and executed more than $550 million in debt financing, and built scalable accounting infrastructure to support rapid expansion.
