Adam Fett is an experienced aviation professional and accomplished sales leader with over 15 years of dedicated service at Precision Aviation Group (PAG). As Director of Sales at the company’s Atlanta location, Adam oversees a high-performing team focused on sales, MRO supply chain management, and customer service across PAG’s global customer base. His ability to combine deep technical knowledge with exceptional responsiveness has made him a trusted partner for some of the industry’s most mission-critical operators.

From Criminal Justice to Aviation Leadership
Adam’s career began at L-3 Avionics Systems as a repair administrator, where he developed a strong foundation in aviation operations. He holds a bachelor’s degree in science and criminal justice from Grand Valley State University. Though his original path aimed toward law enforcement and emergency response, Adam found his purpose in aviation—supporting customers who operate the medevac and defense sector, where mission readiness often equates to lives saved.

In 2017, Adam began flight training to better understand aircraft operations and avionics failures from a pilot’s perspective. He now holds an FAA Private Pilot Certificate for single-engine aircraft—an achievement that deepens his technical insight and strengthens his ability to support customers from both sides of the cockpit
