Keith joined PAG in 2012 as part of its subsidiary, Precision Heliparts Louisiana (PHP-LA), where he played a critical role in enhancing procurement strategies, improving supply chain efficiency, and optimizing operations. His ability to drive process improvements and implement cost-saving measures has strengthened PAG’s ability to support a diverse range of aviation customers with tailored maintenance solutions.

Before joining PAG, Keith served as Purchasing Manager at Era Helicopters in Lake Charles, Louisiana, where he managed procurement for a fleet of over 200 helicopters. In this role, he was responsible for supplier negotiations, parts procurement, and supply chain optimization, ensuring operational reliability and cost efficiency. His strategic approach helped Era Helicopters streamline procurement operations and maintain a steady supply of critical aviation components.

Prior to his role at Era Helicopters, Keith worked as a Senior Area Sales Manager at Aviall, a leading global supplier of aviation parts and aftermarket services. At Aviall, he developed strong supplier partnerships, optimized aviation logistics, and implemented tailored solutions for operators and MRO facilities. His experience in both sales and procurement has given him a well-rounded perspective on the aviation industry, allowing him to bridge the gap between supplier management and operational needs.
