Atlanta, Georgia – March 3, 2025 – Precision Aviation Group (PAG) and Keystone Turbine Services (KTS) is excited to announce that Jeff Saubers has joined Precision Aviation Group as General Manager of KTS in Coatesville, Pennsylvania. He will report directly to Keith Stringer, PAG Vice President of Engine Services.
Jeff brings over 30 years of aviation experience in MRO and aviation maintenance and most recently, he served as General Manager at West Star Aviation in Millville, NJ, where he led their FAA Part 145 Repair Station. Prior to this role, Jeff held various roles at Textron Aviation, gaining extensive experience in maintenance operations and leadership.
After leaving the Army, where he focused primarily on rotorcraft maintenance, Jeff began his career as an A&P mechanic. His background also includes expertise in heavy maintenance, operations leadership, process improvement, and workforce development. Jeff holds an MBA from Baker University in Baldwin, KS, and is highly skilled in strategic planning, financial management, and customer relations.
