As part of PAG’s Avionics Services and Manufacturing/DER Services, Velocity provides innovative repair and part logistic solutions to aviation operators and airlines worldwide.
When customized support is needed for parts with (1) consistent repair issues, (2) limited supply (c) long lead times, and (4) costly repairs to develop specialized repairs, our experienced, highly skilled engineers and technicians can provide unique benefits and alternate solutions.
Airline Programs
We offer unique programs providing part specific upgrades for components within fleets or custom fit modifications to meet your engineering needs.
Our most current parts specific program is the Smoke Detector Upgrade and Replacement program. This program updates all Airbus fleets with the newest Smoke Detector technology and replaces any ionized and obsolete smoke detectors with optical units. We repair, overhaul, modify, and upgrade the outdated smoke detectors support by rotable pool as needed.

Over time, legacy parts and consumables may no longer be available. Newer parts age out of warranty and require third-party Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) services. If we can’t support their criteria, we develop new in-house capabilities from the airline’s Engineering Order Specifications.
