Precision Heliparts, Inc. is Awarded Contracts to Support Canadian Helicopters Limited Fleet with Rotable Repair and Overhaul Exchange Spares

Precision Heliparts, Inc. (PHP) and PHP Canada, Inc. (PHPC) have been awarded a contract for 2005, with an option to extend through 2006. PHP will provide Canadian Helicopters Limited with Consignment Rotable Spares Packages to support their Sikorsky S76 EMS Contract, and their Bell 212 Operations. These Consignment Packages will include Accessories, Hydraulics, Instrumentation, and Electrical Components.

Precision Avionics and & Instruments, Inc. (PAI), the Overhaul facility of Precision Heliparts, has also been awarded a contract for 2005, with an option to extend through 2006. PAI will provide Overhaul Services on CHL’s Lucas and APC Starter Generators. In addition PAI will provide Instrument Overhaul for CHL’s Bell 206 and 212 aircraft, which make up about 60% of Canadian Helicopters Limited’s fleet of over 130 helicopters.

Ed Bergnach, CHL’s Vice President and Director of Maintenance stated: “We continue to align ourselves with organizations that can help us reduce our maintenance and inventory costs while at the same time allow us to continue to provide our clients with service that is second to none. Our agreements with PHP and PAI strengthen CHL’s position in all of these areas”.
