Precision Aviation Group (PAG) Acquires Aero Technology, Inc. (ATI)

Atlanta, GA – September 21, 2011 – Atlanta, GA – based Precision Aviation Group (PAG), exclusive provider of ISMRO® (Inventory Supported Maintenance Repair & Overhaul), announces the acquisition of Long Beach, CA based Aero Technology (ATI).  ATI is a Global MRO Services provider of Accessories, Avionics, and Instruments to the Commercial Transport, Military and Regional Airline markets.  ATI was the recipient of Boeing’s coveted Gold Supplier Award in 2009 & 2010 and Lufthansa’s 2010 MRO Excellent Supplier Award.

David Mast, President & CEO of PAG stated, “The acquisition of ATI diversifies PAG’s MRO capabilities, expands our operations into one of the largest aviation markets, and provides an additional platform for growth.  We will be making significant Capital investments in Inventory and capabilities expansion to bring PAG’s suite of MRO services to ATI.  This will include Wheels/Brakes, Hydraulics, and Electro-Mechanical accessories.  These investments will give ATI the ability to enhance the services they provide to their customers, and allow PAG to expand its services to customers located on the West Coast.”
