March 16, 2010

Atlanta, GA – Feb. 16, 2010 — Precision Aviation Group (PAG), exclusive provider of ISMRO® (Inventory Supported Maintenance Repair & Overhaul), announces approval by Charlotte, NC-based Goodrich as an Authorized Repair Center (ARC). Services under the ARC agreement will include Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) services on Starter Generators and Generator Control Units manufactured by Goodrich.

David Mast, PAG President and CEO said: “This agreement expands on PAG’s current relationship with Goodrich. Their products are on the aircraft platforms we support and being named an ARC will allow us to greatly expand the number of Goodrich products and services we can offer to our customers. We made a strategic decision several years ago to expand the number of products and services that we offer in the accessory market. Being named an ARC by Goodrich is a culmination of this decision. Building OEM partnerships is critical for our long term success, and we are proud represent Goodrich as an ARC.”

Dick Donegan, Business Development Manager, Goodrich said: “Goodrich is pleased with the recent addition of Precision Aviation Group, PAG, to our network of Authorized Repair Centers. Important to the Goodrich Power Systems Group is the expanded area of market coverage, both in aircraft platform and geographical coverage, which PAG brings to our network of repair facilities. A highlight of this expanded relationship will be the use of only genuine Goodrich parts in the applicable PAG repairs. PAG and Goodrich have always enjoyed an excellent relationship and with this appointment we look forward to a further expansion into the aviation community.”
